Ok heres a strange issue i have. Our 13 yr olds friend ( should i say) that is 22 went to our sons yahoo account and guessed his password and got in and then he went to his my space and said he forgot his password so it was then emailed to him and then he proceded to go into his myspace account and change and edit his personal mail. Mind you none of us knew about this. Our son was at school at the time this occured. We have had problems in the past with this guy and he really creeps us out. We believe he is stalking our son. so my question is what laws has he broke by doing this? Please dont respond if you are not sure. I need to know from some one in the legal field that knows for sure. Thank you for all your help.

Well, you don't say you know how he did this, but certainly issues arise of impersonation (perhaps of a minor), and certainly DMCA is in play (see chillingeffects.org).
Otoh, how about teaching your son to use proper secure passwords, to not share them, and to not sign up for sites where the TOS says 14 and up only please (both of the suites you mentioned, for example!)
