Is it possible to get the origin IP address to changes made to my myspace account?

I was accused of domestic assault by my ex girlfriend about 5 months ago. I am in the process of getting ready for trial, as I am completely innocent. About a week ago she hacked into my myspace account and made many negative changes. I spoke with my attorney and he wants me to try and find the origin ip address where these changes took place. He feels that if I can prove that these changes came from her residence it may assist in diminishing her character and therefor aiding in an acquital. Thanks for all your help and resources!

I would contact myspace for help. There should be a log of changes made and the Ip address that did it.

I'd try emailing MySpace about it. They'd probably be cooperative, and I'm sure IP addresses are logged.
