When signing in to myspace, just click on the blue link that says "Forgot Your Password?" Enter your e-mail, and you will receive your password.

On the homepage, underneath the sign in part, there is a link saying 'Forgot Your Password?'
Click on it,
and it will email your password to you.
If they changed your email too, contact myspace telling them so, and maybe they'll delete the account at the most.
Or report the account lol.
