It almost sounds as if you have something on your pc that has opened up a "back door" - a loophole in security that allows intruders to come right on in. You may have a trojan horse virus or keylogger present. Some viruses can even comprimise the integrity of your virus scanner - setting the scan to exclude the malicious file from the scan. sounds like you need to change some permissions on various email/social networking accounts. you are leaving your account open somewhere it sounds like to me.

always SIGN OUT of everything. check your account settings - and don't try to get back at them, but maybe try to find some new friends?

most likely either you didn't sign out of your session or they sent you an email with a link that looked like myspace but was actually a fake myspace website. never open mail from myspace like saying you have new comments. always go directly to the site in your browser and then sign in. i have also seen people use hacker software and when they are on the same network as you, they could steal your password when you sign in.
