How can I hack into his myspace and delete everything I can?

Hacking is illegal, so you should forget about that.
If you found a fake profile then look at the bottom of their page %26amp; click "report user"....add their URL %26amp; any information you can about them %26amp; why you think they are fake....if it's really a fake profile, myspace will delete their profile.

Go to his profile, and on the bottom of the page click report abuse. Also inform Tom www.myspace.com/tom
I'm sure he' ll do sth as soon as he reads your message
