Someone I know and thought I could trust told me that they would help me put something on my myspace. They in turn took and changed my password as well as my e-mail password. I want to know if there is a way to hack into my own myspace so that I could change the e-mail I had provided for that to another, as well as change my password so that I can actually log into it.

Sorry, no. There is not a way to hack into your myspace unless you find one of those people who hack into other myspaces for their jobs.
You cannot recieve your password unless you have your email password.
Why don't you try to contact your email company (yahoo) and tell them the story. They will most likely let you change your email password. When you do then, make sure you keep your password with YOU AND ONLY YOU.
Then you can contact myspace for your password, etc.
