Backstabing friend needs payback, A really big meany?

Hello, my best friend that i have been friends for over 8 years before he went crazy.so we get an apartment and i live with him and his g/f for a good 6 months happy dory. well one night i tell him my ex g/f is going to come over and watch a movie. POP he said well in that case im moving out, out of no where. so i ask him why and so on and so forth, we end of getting into a fist fight and he leaves. well it just gets worse when he is getting his stuff and i find he was trying to steal stuff. bad mojo. oh did i mention he stiffed me with the rent and all the bills. well three weeks later he comes by all happy giggy and is all How are you doing? Whats been goin on? kinda BS talk. well i take it hes trying to be nice so i totally go for it, WELL i hack into his myspace, he is talking mad **** to my ex saying VERY MEAN THINGS, not nice at all even to this date. so he calls me up today unknowing i know this and still pretending to be nice, I need a plan, Anything, what should i do

you dont need a plan you need to relise that this guy is jelous of your ex. he doesnt like the fact that shes getting your individual attention while he isnt. or his has a mental problem. this best thing you can do is talk to him and see wtf is happening with him. i know its not the advise that yo want but its the best i can do.
