someone hacked into my profile and changed my password....and i can't get a new password because i deleted my old email account...so does this mean that i have to get a complete new myspace?

You can email myspace and tell them what happened and you should be able to make a claim picture, where you take a picture of yourself and piece of paper with your URL written to prove that it is your account and they should give you back access to the account.
No you don't have to be logged in, there is such a thing called "email" that existed in the pre-myspace world.

It looks like you could very well have to. Are you sure you didn't change your myspace to a new e mail account? If anything else fails mail their tech support and they might be able to help.

Hmmm... I would message Tom about it. Maybe the MySpace guys could go in and change it for you, or use a generic one, so you can go back in and change it.

Try to remember if you didn't change anything else...and if you can't log in then you must e-mail them...even if you create a new one it's not going to help much since the one someone hacked in has all your info..so try e-mailing so they could cancel that account for you.
