The best way to do it would be to install a key-logger. It's a type of program that will record all the keystrokes that your brother types. That way you could find out what his password is, and simply log in as him. Keep in mind that this is probably in violation of the Myspace Terms of Service and could get you both banned from the site.

right.... Anyways checkout bruteforcing it would be the best option for a newbie. If you feel up to it then do a google for "Myspace Exploits" look for some kind of errors in the software. If you have access to his computer then use a keylogger and get the password.
There are more ways but those should keep you busy for now.
