I don't think so..i've never heard of that before, but you can try changing your password and see if it still gives you that error message. Then you should be good to go =]

ohhhh, it means you tried to log in too much. Just wait 15 mins. (Honestly, I'd give it a day or two) and then just sign back in... Maybe the systems just a little odd right now... So many people are probably using it...
